DocuHelp takes your privacy seriously. All client information, documents, and communications are kept strictly confidential.
We adhere to the following principles:
- All submitted documents are stored securely and only accessed by authorized staff.
- We will not share, sell, or distribute your personal information with any third party, except when legally required or upon your written consent.
- All remote sessions and correspondence are conducted using secure platforms.
3. Payment Policy
- Full payment is required before document preparation begins.
- Payment methods accepted: credit/debit cards, Zelle, or approved digital platforms.
- For services requiring expedited handling, an additional rush fee may apply.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of our services:
- No refunds will be issued once work has begun or documents have been delivered.
- If you cancel before work begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative fees.
- In the rare event that DocuHelp is unable to complete your service due to our own error or internal issue, we will offer either a full refund or credit toward future services.
5. Turnaround Time
- Standard processing times vary based on the type and complexity of the document(s).
- Estimated timeframes will be provided at the time of service request.
- Rush processing may be available upon request and subject to additional fees.
- Delays caused by missing information or client inaction are not the responsibility of DocuHelp.
6. Revisions
- Minor corrections and revisions due to DocuHelp’s error will be made at no charge.
- Additional revisions requested by the client after document completion may incur an extra fee.
- It is the client’s responsibility to review documents for accuracy prior to submission or filing.
7. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best outcome, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information in a timely manner.
- Respond to follow-up questions or document requests promptly.
- Review all prepared documents before submission to agencies or courts.
- Understand that DocuHelp does not offer legal advice or interpret the law.
